Advice to get customers: You join a lot of groups make connections/friends and get them to help advertise. Make art that attracts people. Get into the popular fandoms, shows, and bandwagons. You'll get people that like your style and what you draw and sooner or later you will get commissioners. When I first joined deviant ar I became very active in groups and made a ton of friends. My art sucked but I drew art for everyone and they always bragged about it. So i finally got people to buy my stuff
