Fun Fact - If you've see my last post, you know how to pronounce "â". Lucky for you, the next letter I choose is "î", which is pronounced exactly the same :]
But I'm going to also tell you why there are 2 letters that sound exactly the same.
You can only find it at the beginning and end* of words. Isn't that fun and not at all very specific** .+*
* you will mainly find it at the beginning of words, "î" at the end of words is not that common
** there is a historical reason but... I'm not a history nerd soooo, dw about that rn
Fun Fact - the letter "â" is more difficult to pronounce, the closest thing is saying the stand-alone letter "n" in english and listening for that last weird sound you make (when you say "n" you pronounce it "enâ" kinda... )
If you know turkish this is way easier cuz it's just the letter "ı" .+*
Fun Fact - the letter 'ă' is pronounced the same as the starting sound in the word 'another' in english
Fun Fact - the letter 'ș' is pronounced the same as 'sh' in english :)
Thinking about Lake Koocanusa and I really think we should start pronouncing ‘U.S.A.’ as ‘OO-sa’ because it sounds so much cooler, but I’m not American, so I have no authority to implement this change 🫤
I've been putting this off longer than I should have, but guys... I have to tell people how to pronounce my name! 😅
It's "Kay-You," like the letter K and U together.

Google AI has started calling me Caillou, which probably means the wrong pronunciation has spread too far. 😬
