Goal Setting: Proper Evaluation
When you encounter a problem or even just at the end of the day when you're making your journal for goal setting, you will be required to do an evaluation of your activities. How do you do this properly? I say properly because there are certain things that you must cover in order to make a really good and useful evaluation.
So, let's get on with it. The first that you should do is look at the activities that you did for your life goals, career goals, or whatever set goals you have. Look at them carefully and ask yourself if you did them all as well as if you did them according to plan. That is, were you able to do them properly? Were there any mistakes or were you not able to do something?
The second thing that you should do is look at what you felt when doing these activities. For a more detailed way on how to do this, proceed to the next article on this series. ^_^
