ah! it’s understandable that you’re upset and that you feel guilty, and i can’t tell you to not feel that way... but i can tell you that it’s not your fault for having a panic attack! panic attacks feel shitty, but you don’t have to feel bad about having one. you’re putting more weight on yourself than you need to. i know it feels hard, but you have to forgive yourself! and just to help kickstart that process, just know that i forgive you! and i know all of my brothers do too!

you’re a worthwhile person, and you don’t deserve to feel bad over this. just try not to beat yourself up if you can! it’s not your fault. and... you’re pretty great! it’s brave to do something like this!
