Latest data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) showed that 1,080 new private homes (excluding Executive Condos) were sold in July 2020 – up by 8.2% from the 998 units transacted in the previous month and 8.4% lower than 1,179 units sold in July 2019. The top selling private residential projects in July included: Treasure At Tampines which sold 112 units at a median price of $1,344 psf; Parc Clematis which moved 87 units ($1,649 psf); The Florence Residences which sold 78 units ($1,559 psf); Jadescape which shifted 75 units ($1,739 psf); and Daintree Residences which transacted 56 units ($1,641 psf).
