How to make moving dragon wings

Going to be using this tutorial to make my wings for Erza and my friends Mirajane. 

I'm obviously going to modify it a little bit to suit my needs and it might not move at all because the harness has to be so small. 

I thought I'd share this tutorial anyways because they are super clear and easy to follow.

I might try and record the process if my sister or mother lets me use their cameras. Tell me if you'd think that would help you!
