Out team worked with the new #panasonic #eva1 this week. We recorded internally #prores422 and externally with the #atomosshogun #proresLT. The image the camera produces looks great. There seems to be far less noise in the blacks than the #ursaminipro. Looking to see how the image grades in post. DP @jeffreyatracy DIT/GRIP @czizek (at RealPage, Inc.)

Technical Research - Video Formats
I want my films to be projected as large as possible so I therefore need a really high quality image to keep the film looking sharp and crisp. I need to make my drawings richer and scan them to the highest quality. I usually use the video format 'H.264' which is good quality but very much compressed to keep the file sizes smaller. I will now use the video format 'pro-res 422' which has a much higher file size but the rendering will be quicker when editing and most importantly the final quality of the image will be much better for a large projection.
