So sometimes when I go to places I like to check out properties near there to see how egregiously they are priced - or maybe I need to act quickly and change my life immediately- you never know what’s going to happen when you look - so far my life hasn’t changed - today after I came home from Prospect Bay I went and looked on viewpoint and I found this - I don’t know how much greedier the land grabbers can get than this - two sections were sold in April 2022 and they are going to cut off the access point for the entirety of the trail for Prospect Bay - so today may be the last time I ever get to go there with the dogs - I’ve been going there for 20 years - as you can see by the listing one of the plots is assessed at $35,000 and it sold at $199,000 - there’s two plots - each sold for $199,000 - so someone just made a pile of money on the vacant land that that is really shitty land that is going to be really difficult to build a house on - but someone’s going to make a complete mess of our pristine coastline - so utterly mind crushingly disappointing #prospectbay #sodisappointing #dogkisserinternationalheadquarters (at Dogkisser International Headquarters) https://www.instagram.com/p/CdZT9gPJ3pF/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
