Saint Patrick’s Day Ben 10 Alien
The Prosperusapiens are the intelligent species that hails from the planet Orgamund in the Festus Star System.
Biology
Prosperusapiens are a small bipedal species that possess what’s known as “biological luck”, the subconscious ability to manipulate probability around themselves. They have large pointy ears and sharp teeth. The vast majority of them have red hair and green eyes. Prosperusapiens have strong fast twitch muscles, enabling them to quickly react and run from dangers.
Culture
Prosperusapiens have a rich tradition in cobbling, brewing, and engineering. Many raise a small cow-like animal as pets.
Due to their biological luck, they rarely get sick or injured which kept them from developing medical innovations. Non prosperusapiens on the planet are advised to avoid risky behaviors and keep first-aid on hand.
Every criminal prosperusapiens are to have their hands & legs cuffed, restrained with a ball & chain, and dropped into deep holes around a panopticon. All this is to ensure that their biological luck doesn’t permit them to escape. Off-planet authorities are advised to transfer their prosperusapien prisoners to Orgamund in order to better contain them.
They live under the rule of The Great Gambler, the luckiest Prosperusapien on Orgamund, who makes seemingly random decisions for Orgamundish citizens. The Great Gambler makes their official decision by opening unmarked envelopes provided by anyone while wearing sensory suppressing gear in front of a live audience. The next Great Gambler is selected at random through a mandatory global lottery after the death of the current Great Gambler. All Prosperusapiens on Orgamund regardless of age or criminal record are eligible to lead the planet.

Their luck powers are inspired by the common trope of leprechauns being lucky as well as the sci-fi concept of biological luck, most well known in Larry Niven’s “Ringworld” series. Their speed is based on common idea that the fae can disappear in the blink of an eye.
The footwear on the Omnitrix’s DNA sample of a Prosperusapien is inspired by the Marvel hero Shamrock, an Irish superhero known for her luck powers.
