On top of continued excellence when it comes to the room/home of the protagonist, I'd love to see more examples of personalized spaces for the companions. Less customizable than the player's character, of course. But you know how that carved halla gift to Merrill shows up in her home if you give it to her? Or Solas' ongoing mural? Stuff like that.
