I have no idea who has been tweeting Youngjae and saying mean things. Not sure if the individuals are international fans or Korean fans. But let me say this: Youngjae is a young man who has feelings. He has self-esteem and confidence issues just like any other human being. People attacking him for his looks or talent is not okay or appropriate. Attraction is different for each and every person. For example: I am not attracted to Jinyoung/Junior but I see the attraction. Just because I am not attracted to him does not mean I am going to harass him on SNS. Let me give you even more gritty details of how harassing Youngjae probably harms him more than you think: 1) Youngjae was a trainee for less than a year. LESS THAN A YEAR. The average trainee does a year or more. Meaning, when he was selected for Got7, he probably got a lot of shit from others because he had not spent as much time being a trainee. However, this precious man keeps proving himself day and day out because of that. 2) Fans already see him as the least popular member and he may also see himself that way. Attacking him on Twitter with mean comments adds more to the theory that he is the least popular member. 3) Youngjae is attractive. If you are not attracted to him, do you need to tell him? Just shrug and move on. Shit. By telling him he is not attractive, he may internalize those comments and it may have a negative impact him. (Let me not get started on people saying Jackson is ugly and stupid) Stop harassing Youngjae and let him live. I love that more kpop stars are on SNS and we have more access to them but doesn't mean you need to be mean.
