The redhead frowned a bit when he watched the maid walking by, carrying some laundry. Was it just him or.. did she seem a bit sluggish than usual? Shaking his head for thinking too much, he was about to walk after her to help but seeing her wobbling, he ran towards her, placing a hand on her shoulder with his other hand over the pile of laundry.
“H-Hey! You’re really overworking yourself aren’t you?!” Severus grumbled and held onto her closely. “You’re burning up…” he frowned, thinking of what to do. “Dummy…”
It was strange... She felt just fine earlier when she woke up. Sure, her features were a little flush, but when weren’t they? She’d barely even paid attention to how she was feeling more and more tired as time went on. At first she though it was just her getting lazy, but almost fainting...
“F-forgive me. I-I didn’t realise...” She leaned against him for support as she tried to stand up straight again. “I-I’ll just finish this up and then try to make myself something to eat. I-It’s probably just my hunger t-that’s... ah...”
Just as she tried to wriggle herself out of his arms, her legs suddenly gave out as she felt lightheaded. Gods, how did she end up feeling so bad?
“A-actually... c-could you... h-help me get to bed, please? T-this... seems a bit... more serious than I thought...”
