Me and mom walked down to the medicine pond today... when we got there there kids there screaming at this beautiful turtle and spraying it with their water squirters. I was so mad I had to pray to calm down.😠 I got in the water and just kinda stood between the kids and turtle until he could get out of the pond back into the ocean. I will never understand why people do this. It just breaks my heart. Then I spent an hour picking up garbage and wrappers from in and around the pond... another thing I don't get... no ways would my mom let me leave any thing behind!
