Instructions: Place the frozen strawberries, ripe banana, almond milk, honey or maple syrup if using, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and ice cubes if desired in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well combined. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey/maple syrup or almond milk if needed.
