Went for a walk around the nature reserve and saw a bluetit going HAM on a caterpillar. Made a solid chilli but my motivation waned by the end of the day so did not do workout #2. We go again tomorrow 🫡

Started running again today and BOY did my body dislike it (pretty though). Pushed through, but got a lovely headache as my reward so went to bed at 8pm instead of workout #2. We go again tomorrow 🫡
