I blog about this little study every now and then...I wish I could just share everything in there with you all, but that would get lengthy. Plus, you should just buy it and experience the awesomeness for yourself (:
Anyway, I was reading tonight about complaining. The author really pressed on the fact that complaining is so...pointless. If you honestly stop yourself after complaining and really think about it...is it really helping at all to complain? For me it almost makes me feel worse than before. I makes me either angrier, more upset, or I just feel stupid for ever complaining in the first place.
Complaining is a natural occurrence for all of us. We get caught up in a moment or situation and just wanna throw complaints out all over the place. It's almost humorous to think about how much we complain! Like, did I really just complain about a piece of hair that wouldn't stay pinned back? It's hair...who cares! (I just did that earlier...)
Anyway, just thoughts I thought I'd share with you guys.
