They need to break into a museum to find a morpher so she can free her family from prison, but found a space witch instead, oops. = In general I can recognize that there's been work put into establishing these characters and their place on this new team, but some succeed more than others. Like idk, I don't really believe in Valentina choosing this over her loyalty to Ryan and prejudice against the refugees right now. That could be fixed once we get more insight in her background at least

= Still no insight on personality for Kaitlin and JB unfortunately, but at least we know now with the VR Troopers series being revealed that might get fixed. The emotional weight is all on Ryan and Valentina/Jun, though, so who knows if they even know who Kaitlin and JB are lol
= Also we don't get any insight on the other power sources yet; the stuff Bulk steals for Rita to make the other Rangers isn't named and don't particularly resemble anything except Black being a cluster of scales.
