I see Azul as the "what are your intentions with my daughter" type of friend when it comes to the tweels regardless of mind reading abilities or lack thereof

Hmm, I could see it, though personally not my preferred view of Azul as a friend with the twins. I imagine him more of a "good fucking luck" friend.

Remember, in his childhood flashbacks, he doesn't willingly become friends with them, they just kinda inserted themselves very annoyingly into his life, and he was unable to get rid of them.

So if you somehow become friends or lovers with either or both of the Leeches, he's wishing you luck cause you're never getting rid of them!
