Yesss! She'll be in her 5th year as well and such a gentle flower who will kick your ass with fire if need be and she has this INFACTUATION WITH DRAGONS AND THEN ONE DAY SHE'S LIKE HEY FRED WANNA SEE SOMETHING COOL AND ITS A MOFO DRAGON EGG AND HENCE THE HP VERSE/GOT PARALLELS.

how about the year right before? and then we have more of a time span of her in hogwarts to mess around with and plot in!

I'VE BEEN THINKING A LOT ABOUT A BACKGROUND FOR DAE FOR THE HP VERSE AND THREAD U AND I ARE GONNA DO HOPEFULLY V SOON. 

I've decided that thus far, Dae's and Fred's meeting should be in year 5, 6, or 7. I was thinking Fred's year six? Because isn't he a year ahead of Ron and so that would make that year the year following the Tri Wizard Tournament? 

Anyway, I thought it'd be really cool to have Daenerys be a transfer student from the Beauxbatons. Like she transferred after the tri wiz tourn because she figured she liked the school environment at Hogwarts far better. (There'll be other factors but I dont want to give it away ;D) 

She's a pureblood and has grown up seeing the oppressed and the oppressors. In her home life, she was 'oppressed' by her older brother (her only living relative who is a follower of the Dark Lord). So there's like her entire Book/Show canon of GOT but like HP-ified xD

SO ALL THE SHIT WITH THE SHIT WITH THE WIZARD WAR STARTS GOING DOWN AND YESSS I WANT TO DO LIKE ALL THE PLOTS WITH THAT. BUT ALSO LIKE PLOTS WITH JUST NORMAL HOGWARTS STUFF. BUT OUR FIRST THREAD SHOULD BE LIKE THE FIRST DAY OF THE SIXTH YEAR BACK. AND DAE IS GETTING SORTED BECAUSE OF HER TRANSFER. EVEN THO SHE'S TECHNICALLY A SIX YEAR AS WELL

            Glacial optics eyed the other sternly, posture firm, hands clasped. The gates were opened for a short period of time, which brought in many visitors. Some, proclaimed 'predictions of the future', others offered their services as entertainment, dressmakers, guards, and the rest of it.

            That was only the beginning. It was rather exhausting. It almost made her regret her decision to claim her rightful throne, but the thrill of power that rushed through her veins when she manipulated her kingdom was worth it all.
