Kouhi for 7, 9 and 34?

7. Which of their relationships have impacted them most positively?

Probably the one with the barista Sato, who not only keeps him caffeinated but helps motivate him and keeps him company when he pulls all-nighters for homework at the cafe that he lives at 90% of the time. 

9. Describe the way that they sleep.

(looking at that list i just noticed there’s no #8)

blankets. He always needs blankets. At home he can bundle up in like five of them but if he’s crashed at the cafe he’ll be cold and Sato will usually cover him with a blanket that he brings from home just for him (I swear they could have a gay relationship if Kouhi weren’t ace)

34. Least favorite food?

He absolutely loathes decaf coffee but if we’re only talking about actual food and not drinks he dislikes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches a lot. Anything with peanut butter actually.

OC-tober Day 4: Tiana Prásinos

Ti is a relatively new OC for PS. She’s a high school dropout who’s working retail to support herself and her brother who doesn’t have exactly a solid job (more on him in a different post). She’s terrified of demons and is therefore very supportive of Pink Soda.

She has the potential to learn magic, but is apprehensive of it.

OC-tober day 3: Ichigo Pop

Finally something non-human? She’s supposed to be Pink Soda’s familiar, but she’s only a baby for her species so she’s, uh, not very good at it. Her real name is Muerthina, but she doesn’t like it so she called herself Ichigo Pop, which often gets shortened to “Pop”. 

Also, no, she doesn’t have eyebrows. That’s a second set of eyes that sees extremely well in the dark. She never has both sets open at once. If she thinks she can get away with it, she’ll sleep with her secondary eyes open, but Aoi is creeped out by that.

Some of my favorite things have a wonderful balance of silliness and seriousness. I would love to see Pink Soda be like that too!

Exactly what I have in mind for it! There’s no way that PS could be entirely serious with a name like that, and I never intended it to be. Another element is that the protag and antag are actually friends but don’t realize they’re arch enemies at night... even though it’s not really that hard to tell!

You should complete the trifecta and make someone who really likes hot chocolate then.

Black Coffee/Kouhi-- Coffee

[I’m probably going to make an important Alkie character at one point]-- Alcohol

So hot chocolate wouldn’t be far off! (I mean the story itself isn’t supposed to revolve around drinks obviously, but Black Coffee’s character originated from Pink Soda’s hatred of coffee so those two being drink based have been around since I was like??? 13????)

I actually AM toying with a character that drinks tea frequently! But she’s nowhere near obsessed like Kouhi is.

YOU REQUESTED QUESTIONS? HOW ABOUT MORE PINK SODA? Did I ever ask if Pink Soda had a significant other or not?

PINK SODA-- I almost wrote Oink Soda. That would have been odd.

She currently does not have a significant other (especially since I have yet to repopulate the cast) However if/when she does it will be a girlfriend because she is a fantastic lesbian

For clarification between humans and demons in PS: "Demons" were originally (in ancient times) essentially humans, but of a different dimension. These two dimensions have different energies to them. Natives to dimension A cannot control energy in dimension A, but can control energy in dimension B (and vice versa). That control is what makes magic. Still far before the events of PS, the inhabitants of the other dimension experimented with magic, which ended up being more dangerous than they anticipated. Often, as in the case if the Alkies, they changed their forms. In the more monstrous effects, they came to be known as demons.
