Back at it again, puking my little guts out after drinking three bottles of sparkling water >< I had to run from my bed to my container cuz I wasn't expecting it to happen so fast 😭 It was actually kinda hard to get it all out, so I had to drink another bottle to get everything back up. Just listen to me whimper and retch..

Scenic snow puke
When my acid reflux gets really bad sometimes it just comes up and after it surprised me I helped it along. Also I loved puking outside might do it more often it's nice and might get caught... (more posts soon editing is just such a chore)
Y'all I got a treat for ya. I was eating ramen and I started to get nauseous and puked naturally.
Heyyy, sorry it's been a while. I had the house to myself, so I overstuffed myself and puked. Hope you enjoy ;)
Tummy has been unhappy today ... kept trying to push things out on the toilet but it wasn't working, every time I pushed i felt the back of my throat burn ... burping only made me feel worse ... I think im gonna throw up soon
