ePSXe Updates Again After More Than 10 Years! 🎮
The legendary PlayStation emulator ePSXe has finally received a new update. After years of near silence, it’s now been updated to version 2.0.18, bringing a wide range of fixes and improvements.
Update highlights
Core emulator updated to v2.0.18 with multiple bug fixes
Added support for CHD game files
Improved DPI Awareness (can be enabled in Options) and fixed high-resolution display issues
Fixed a config-reading bug that caused crashes when overclock wasn’t selected
Improved SPUCORE audio, including reverb and volume handling (fixes issues in Ghost in the Shell, Dino Crisis 1 & 2, Wipeout, DW7, DQ4)
Improved compatibility with many games, including: Starfighter Sanvein, Need for Speed III/IV, Kagero: Deception II, Captain Commando, Valkyrie Profile, Street Scooters, Metal Gear Solid – Special Missions (disc swap), V-Rally 2 (JAP), Samurai Shodown III
Better HLE BIOS support for Groove Adventure Rave – Mikan no Hiseki and SimCity Japan
