To answer your question, I used Adobe Audition 3.0. But to remove the melody, here’s the video link of acapella tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8rIfWlaOqU (that’s the video that I watched 2 years ago to learn how to do acapella or vocals only).
