Psitober- Day Two: Aquato Family

I thought it might be cute to see the three eldest Aquato kids a couple years younger (Let’s say...Raz is six here).

Yes, I headcanon Mirtala’s tiara is a hand-me-down, and Dion’s been wearing the same shorts for literally years.

Day 2 "Aquato family"

When I was playing Ph2 and being in Nona's plush world, I saw it. And my first reaction was, "Cool made up."

And then: "Stop, and where is Raz??? He's also Aquato! Nona, what the hell?" I felt very hurt for the boy. I think, he too.

psitober day 28: archetype

(head in my hands) raz just needed answers from someone, even if they weren’t actually who he needed to hear them from. this interaction has some funny moments but the actual concept and content of it made me cry

psitober day 7: favorite mental world

i love bob’s bottles and psi-king’s sensorium both pretty equally but i think this moment was one that showed how awesome the storytelling in psychonauts 2 is! such a cool way of integrating the power into the story too

Psitober- Day Five: Favourite Clairvoyance 

Okay, so what I like best about Lili’s Clairvoyance view of Raz, is that it shows some really cool progression of their relationship between 1 and 2. Going from a prince in 1 to just a slightly more put together Raz in 2? (With Judge Raz in between when she thinks he’s accusing her) Like, Lili has accepted Raz as he is, and still likes him all the same. It’s so cute.

So my headcanon for the opposite, as I’ve mentioned in another post, is when Raz first arrives at camp, he views all his fellow campers as psi-cadets...until he gets to know them a bit better, and he sees them as just cool kids who also have psychic powers...EXCEPT with Lili. He still sees her as a cool psi-cadet until after his training with Sasha and Milla, when she outs herself as a total nerd just like him. And so for a little while, whilst they’re both investigating, he sees her as Milla, and himself as Sasha. 

But by time the end of PN2? He sees Lili as herself...but smiling just for him.
