#Repost @colvinology ・・・ Toppling Goliath (@tgbrews) Galaxy Dry Hopped Psuedo Sue APA (6.2%), and the Master Grade Sinanju Stein Ver. Ka. . This brew takes me to a happy place. Massive mix of fresh, overripe, and fermented orange aromas, with a bit of tropical fruit, light malt, and a fleeting scent I can only describe as "dank floral." I described the double dry hopped variant of this as "a pleasure to drink" and it would be unfair not to mention that this is every bit as incredible. The body is smooth, and the flavors of floral hops and overripe citrus dominate, followed by the reappearance of those tropical and light malt notes. There's a very slightly sharp bitterness towards the end that lingers along with a refreshing citrus aftertaste. This beer is a masterpiece and my only regret is that I didn't but seven of them.
