J felt really, REALLY, self-conscious about giving Eve his drawing of her... There’s no way she’d like it.. right?

(Psychcdelicsoundwaves) At Sayu's home there's a small package waiting at the door. Inside was a handful of cute sea-themed accessories. There were also some paintbrushes tucked inside. Buried at the bottom of the package was an invitation and note: "Thank you for the wonderful gift, Sayu. I would like to repay you. There is a regular event that's hosted here in Dream Fever called a 'wine and canvas.' I would like to bring you to it sometime. Please let me know if you are interested. -Eve."
Sayu digs through the gifts, looking at every single accessory. She loves them all so much! She was beaming when she saw the paintbrushes too. She loved drawing, painting must be just as fun!
When she read Eve’s note, she began squeeing in delight. Being invited to a fancy-sounding event? Of course she wanted in! Especially if she got the chance to paint with a good friend!
Hopefully she remembers to write Eve back to let her know she’s interested.

...OOPS. WAY TO get caught in an awkward situation, and by the district’s charter no less. Had it been anyone else, they might’ve been too embarrassed to respond properly, much less at all...
But Abyss would be the first to say that she certainly wasn’t ‘anyone’. So, she simply adjusts her position to face Eve properly, dangling her legs shamelessly over the edge of her precarious and debatably-allowed perch.
