Anyways. I just finished a run; 5 miles. I do it every Tuesday and Thursday, and it incorporates intervals (sprinting, then jogging, then running, etc.). I don't even particularly like doing it...it's like a....compulsion? I have to. To feel okay. And I always get this sense of pride after I'm done like ~aw yeah go logan~
