Any other schizospecs feel super gullible and easy to sway, or is that mostly just me?

I feel like since I don’t trust my own reality or judgement fully, I feel like I take what others say to heart and mind more, and follow a lot of what others tell me is true or fact or likely.

I feel so easy to manipulate whenever I think about this and a lot of shame about it
