Personal Training Pros and Cons?
If anyone could provide me with some health and fitness info that’d be much appreciated. I currently weigh about 59kg (have lost approx. 5kg over at least 4 months), however, I still have more to shed. It’s not that I think I’m fat, it’s more that I just know I’m holding onto fat that I don’t need and would like to shed it and tone up a bit more.
I don’t think my diet is bad (I calorie count and try to eat the foods I should), I could probably cut down on the biscuits though so I’m mainly looking at how exercise can help.
I do group training sessions atm 1-2 times a week but want to know if anyone has found personal training worth while? And if so, how long did it take before you got your wanted results? I’m struggling with money atm and it’s hard to find a cheap one so I don’t want to pay for more sessions than I need to but package deals are cheaper.
