hi :) just saw your post in the hillary clinton tag. and I've just gotta say it - I don't understand the love for her. She is evil! I don't see how tumblr can just ignore all that she's done. it's disgusting and the same thing they've done with obama. they just jump on the bandwagon. and I say this as a liberal. sorry for ranting, it's just that so few people on tumblr seem to see this!

You don’t know how nice it is to have a liberal say something like this! Even though I do not agree with the liberal political ideology I totally understand supporting someone that upholds your beliefs. The thing is with Obama and Hillary they have done neither!  I find the idol like worship of her and Obama not only appalling, but mind-boggling! They do not deserve it on their accomplishments, nor their character. When a conservative politician doesn’t stick to ideology I won’t support them, why is it different with these two!? 

I think its a few factors: 

People are ignorant. They let celebrities or modern media make decisions for them and they don’t fact check. They are more concerned with social media or reality TV and they don’t understand what a huge impact politics has on their day to day lives. 

People are very socially minded… Almost too much so. It is not en vogue to be conservative, or hold traditional beliefs, so people balk at the idea of supporting a conservative candidate. (To me this is absurd. Social justice and civil rights will always continue to move forward, history has shown us that. HOWEVER, whats the point in having such a focus on those social issues if the economy sucks and our borders nor our country are secure from outside attacks…)

Lastly people don’t care. They support the two because its popular and they are the big names. << Hopefully this will change. While I don’t support most liberal ideas I would love to see some new, fresh candidates enter the field and give old Hillary a run for her money. The apathy we have seen from her, and the Obama administration needs to GO!

Lastly, what we do have to remember that tumblr is its own entity and most of the populace isn’t involved in this mess. To me it all boils down to what have they done, and has it made our country better. I think most sensible people see that they haven’t!

January: sexuality/preferences- straight and a little tonkinsexual haha

July: favourite song/band- I don't think I could ever choose a favorite song, I love so many and it depends on my mood. At the moment, it's Hideaway by Kiesza. For bands/singers, I love listening to Lana Del Rey, Banks, Arctic Monkeys. and the xx.

September: instruments I play/ want to play- I never learned how to play any instrument, I never had the patience lol, and I've never been interested in learning because of that, and I just don't really have the time.

November: if I changed my name, what would it be- I used to dislike my name, now I love it but if I changed it I'd probably change it to Skylar or Madison.

I loved the girl power in the secret circle so much :-P and to think we would have had Fayana in season two!!! Ah :O

YEEES!!! :) This show had like the best girl power I’ve ever seen. It was like the girls ruled this universe and I more than loved it! Oh, Fayana.. I would love to see how their friendship will grow in the next seasons. I bet we would’ve got Fayana hug in the second one! Can you iven imagine it?! Damn! And by the way, I feel like we would avoid many nasty things if TSC hadn’t been cancelled.
