when friends came out, i watched a lot of the shows that my parents were watching or any sitcoms i watched were sitcoms i watched with my parents. there didn’t appear to be any black people in it so no one in my family ever watched it.

this one is definitely my favorite. i don’t think i’m actually going to blacklist your ztepfather though, because even though i’m tired of him i also love to know what he is doing. i just feel like his upcoming album or whatnot is being given such a huge amount of attention and will ultimately be ‘just okay’ as far as albums go but everyone is going to act like he’s some kind of musical messiah anyway.

Abt the circular planets thing: It really is just gravity. The bigger the planet masswise the greater the gravitational pull. All planets are relatively lumpy but within a certain distance from the center of the planet; if the mass is too far out, the gravitational pull isn't enough to keep it attached and it can either go into low orbit or fall away completely.

OH GOODNESS! Get ready to know too much about me guys. 

1. Do you ever doubt the existence of others than you?

Ok sadly yes. Its super scary though. Its not that I don’t think everyone isn’t real its that I think Im somehow in another existence where everyone is fake. I could go into more detail but that would get long.  

2. On a scale of 1-5 how scared of the dark am I?

Considering Im basically night blind I DO NOT LIKE THE DARK. Its not that im scared of the dark but Im scared of what i cant see in it/ whats hiding in it. So id say a solid 4.5 at least

3. The person you would never want to meet?

? I don’t know? I haven’t met them yet to know I don’t like them? evil people? creepy people? honestly have no idea sorry I’m boring. 

4. What’s my favorite word?

Ok I mostly like words in context so i cant super pick one word. So maybe hope as cliche as it is? Because hope for me isn’t a word it stands for hold on pain ends. Idk if that breaks the rules but OH WELL. 

5. I you were a type of tree, what would I be?

According to my friend Amy I’d be an aspen. And I’m happy with that so ill stick with it. 

6. when you looked in the mirror this morning what was the first thing you thought?

This may be weird but my first though when i looked in the mirror as far as I can remember is “naked” because i was about to take a shower and I hadn’t bothered looking in the mirror yet bc  I’m the opposite of a morning person.

7. what shirt are you wearing?

Im wearing a jean dress I made actually…… so none?

8. What do you label yourself as?

This could go so many places? uhm feminist, woman, aromantic, fighter, person? I label myself as lots of things but I think outside of knowing who I am labels aren’t really important.

DARK ROOM (yes i realize this is weird given #2) deal with it

10. What were you doing at midnight last night?

laying in bed texting amy I think. 

11. Favorite age you’ve been so far?

ok this will sound dumb but I think 19. Because I’ve had a great year so far. Because I distinctly remember hating lots of things about each of my other ages but since I’ve turned 19 I’ve had a really fun time so.

this is boring. My mom when she called me.

Well way to pick a complicated question for me. I like lots of people and I currently like people to the extent that I believe that I can like people. So yes but not in the conventional understanding of liking someone romantically.

oh goodness. So much power. ok my inclination is to say greg abbot or ken paxton because they haven’t made choices I’m super fond of lately. But honestly I don’t think I’d ever want to make the decision to end someones existence on earth. 

18. Who would you really like to punch in the face?

okay honestly there is a long list of people I’ve wanted to and still want to punch but mostly it would be anyone who has hurt my friends. Thats one thing that I have a much harder time letting go. I an let go of more personal grudges much more easily than if someone has hurt one of my friends. 

19. If anyone could be your slave for a day, who would it be and what would they have to do?

OK so this could go so many places but Id probably make this one guy from set be my slave and all he would have to do is educate himself. He would have to sit and learn what is and isn’t acceptable to say and understand why what he has done is wrong. 

20. what is your favorite physical attribute?

ok this may sound weird but I’ve always liked my calves especially when im wearing heels.

Wow thats a lot. Sorry if it takes me a long time to get to all of them. 

30. Talk about what turns you off. 

Not being kind, ignorance (specifically when they are choosing to be ignorant), being truly rude for no reason, basically if you are a not nice person to me or someone else or make not ok jokes or push boundaries that have clearly been laid out then It’s an instant turn off.

31. Talk about what you think death is like. 

I’m unsure if this means the process of dying or the after part. However, I believe the act will depend on how you die. SO I’ll just do the other one. I guess its shaped a lot because of my beliefs but I also have no way that I could ever fathom it so I typically just envision a happy place free of worry or doubts. As if everything in the world is calm and there are no problems. Like when you stand at the top of a mountain or in front of the ocean and forget all the pain and troubles in your life for a few seconds. It’s also a light golden color and everything feels very light. Sorry that got long, I’ll move on. 

32. A place I remember from childhood. 

I guess I’ll go with Splish Splash Summer Camp. It was a camp that my preschool ran but it went all the way to like age 13 and I went from like age 5 to I believe 11. So I went a lot and i had my group of camp friends and we did all this cool stuff like sleep over at aquariums or NASA. It was super fun and I remember it really fondly. I went to the location of my preschool last summer actually to stop by and say hi to Nelda (the care lady) but it had changed owners but I remember walking through and just super enjoying it. Like I walked around the playground and the pin we had chickens and bunnies and just had these like short little happy memory flash backs. Anyway it was fun. 

33. What I do when I’m sad.

Well this could get sad so I’m going to put what is best. Typically I try to make myself drink a glass of water, get under a blanket and distract myself. This can include Netflix, reading the sunset limited, talking to a friend, eating etc. Sometimes I’ll take a bath while eating and watching a TV show or movie. Or I’ll put on lotion or something. Idk I just try to do something that involves self love.

34. The worst physical pain I’ve ever endured.

Ok honestly I don't even remember what it was that made me feel this pain I really just remember it sucking a lot. It kinda felt like I was on fire from the inside out and that’s not super enjoyable. 

35. Things I wish I could stop doing. 

There are lots of things I wish that I could stop doing. Like being judgemental  or pushing friends away. Or not blocking out the thoughts that make me sad. But they are all things that I am working on so it’s ok.  

36. Guilty pleasures. 

Ok wow there are so many. Are we talking food, movies, activities???? Food -not really a specific food but when I eat two meals right after another. Idk i just love it but rarely do it. Mostly because I have to be in the right mood. Ok but real talk my friend Amy makes the actual best grilled cheese ever and my eyes roll back into my head whenever I take a bite of them. Movie- I super love We’re The Millers because no matter what mood I’m in it can always make me laugh. which I think is pretty cool. Activities- I secretly really like to journal even though I think the entire concept is weird. I don't write my life or anything. It’s more like drawings and poems and things.

37. Someone I thought I was in love with. 

Well, I don't think I’ve ever actually thought that I was in love with someone. I friend love people but that’s different. I’ll let y'all know if that ever happens because you will have one very confused Cassady on your hands.

38. Songs that remind me of certain people.

Oh goodness I don't even know. Songs don't remind me of people they remind me of moments. SO like You Are My Sunshine reminds me of doing laundry with my mom when I was little because we would always sing it when we were doing laundry together. And Kinley Moore’s cover of The Moon Song reminds me of laying in the floor of Courtney’s room last summer. Or how Talk Dirty To Me reminds me of dancing in the car with my friend Shannon. Or how Lava reminds me of my friend Amy and our numerous car trips together. Or how the theme song to The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt reminds me of the time I got to see my friend Erin.

39. Things I wish I would have known earlier. 

I wish I would have known that it’s ok not to be perfect and that people will love you anyway even if you don't love yourself yet.

40. The end of something in my life.

Well, I guess this is a really good time for this question because I’m at the end of something. I’m at the end of making the film that I’ve been working on all summer. Which is kinda bitter sweet, it has royally fucked up my sleep schedule   but also led me to see that I might actually want to work in the Art side of film. I’ve gotten to meet a ton of super cool people and make cool film friends. I’m kinda glad it’s done just because it feels like its time for it to be done, but I also know that I will miss it and I’ll miss seeing all the people that I’m used to seeing for an absurd amount of time each day.  

And that brings me to the end of this post. I hope you enjoyed reading way too much about my life.

This is a rarity for me because it's very rare that I show my complete face. I've been battling with myasthenia gravis since 2007 ( which causes ptosis of the eyes amongst other things ) and I'm finally starting to accept it and all of the flaws it brings. I have days where my eyes are fine, some days they're decent and other days just horrible but either way, it's who I am. And I love me ❤️
