Message sent to all [Home Universe] inhabitants.
"We have begun making progress into finding our way to the Central Universe. We recently established an uplink to an apparently inter-Universal information exchange hub, which is present in the Central Universe as a form of social media. Apparently, there are many lower universes set in or around this place, some of which have become stagnant in activity. The place itself may become inert at some point, though we can't be completely certain. This will be about the only place we can expect to find some way into the Central Universe without searching through individual universes for an indeterminate amount of time. We will send any pertinent updates to the officials here in Oz-Corp, and any information we are allowed to send out to you will be sent post-haste.
Our time here may now be running short. Let us hope for the best."
