Monday was the last Creative Session (the art class I teach) of 2017 with Nola McPhail. I am very proud of her for the work she accomplished this year. We finished her last art doll and took it outside for a photo shot. We then treated ourselves to a hot chocolate, holiday cheer, knitted in public and checked out Lisa Gibbons art show at The Coop Cafe. Nola shared a project she worked on this fall at home with the wool we naturally dyed this past summer(she is very good with following throw art tasks ) and it turned out fabulous. On Saturday Dec.16th her art dolls well be showcased at a fundraiser for the CICF what a great honour for her.
