I'm kind of sad because I wrote this dark fantasy romance that was basically the love story dynamic from The Untamed meets the the action/world building of Demon Slayer set in an Asian American community inspired by historical China & Japan and it's one of my favorite stories I've ever written and it would've been PERFECT to release in 2024 (the year of the dragon) because the main character's name MEANS dragon and his whole clan is dragon-themed because they're protected by the azure dragon from Japanese mythology, but publishing DIDN'T WANT IT so now I have to wait 12 years in the hopes someone picks it up by then so it can release in 2036 or lose out on the sheer magic of it all
