Je me suis rendue aux puces du design jeudi 19 mai dans le 12ème à Paris. Et j'étais comme une gosse devant un magasin de bonbons! Les exposants venaient de partout Allemagne, pays bas, Belgique…. Voir des pièces mythiques en vrai comme le fauteuil egg de Jacobsen, des eames à foison, une banquette Charlotte Perriand, des étagères tomado ou String étc était magique! (Mais le porte-feuille…on en parle?? Hum hum)

This week end was the "Puces du Design" which is one of the Flea Markets i like the most in Paris and i visit it every autumn since some years ago now. I love to hang around Vintage objects and furniture, but also to discuss with the vendors who have always a good story to tell about the objects they sell. In most of my visits i have basically bought coulourful Murano glass ashtrays from the 70's because they remind me one that my grandmother has at her house when i was a child and i loved to admire it for hours, it colours and luminous reflections. This year unfortunately i didn't find any i like. Or maybe yes, (the red one heart shaped but shhhhhhuut, don't say anything ;) but the women didn't want to make a reduction so i just let drop it.
