Established in 2018 to elevate creativity and showcase regional talent, @TalkingWallsCharlotte has transformed large swaths of the cityscape. "Affectionately known as 'The Matts'" Talking Walls says Matt Moore, aka PuckMcGruff, and Matt Hooker, aka HookerMedia, are two of the central figures in that transformation having collaborated on several walls throughout the Queen City. This prominent wall visible from I-277 is behind the city's Visual and Performing Arts Center and Moore says it was his favorite piece of 2019.
