So it was a fairly early start this morning to kickstart my better sleeping habits. I travelled with my brother and sister to meet my sister and brother-in-law to go to a trampolining place for an hour. It was really great to spend time with these guys because it was the first time I'd seen my sister and her husband since they found out I was gay and have a boyfriend. We had a meal and drink too which was really lovely. When I came back home, I responded to emails and messages regarding Butler Day (our college fun day which I'm heading up with a friend) and emailed over information to my department and student support regarding my illness in case I need to build a case in the future for excusing further illness. I Skyped my boyfriend this evening as he's heading off to his Devon chalet (ikr what a pretentious twat) tomorrow morning for a couple of weeks, so I'm happy I could see his beautiful face again :D I've also started a little press-up challenge, where I start by doing the most I can do in one go, and build up by adding 1 to that target number every day: today it was 20 I think today was important in establishing connections with people so I can have better relationships (personal and professional) to better my experiences.
