I got on with some more quantum work today, but really struggled with getting through a lot of dense maths work within it. Powered through and somewhat understood it towards the end. I'll keep working at it tomorrow. I planned to get up early and go for a run, but I couldn't get any sleep so I went out at like 1am for a run, which is really good for me as it helps with the insecurity of other people watching me. Managed to do about 2.4 miles, which isn't loads but it's a start.
