My sorting experience

Hello all!

It’s been a while since I’ve been on tumblr in earnest but having recently been sorted on pottermore I’m ready to find my housemates and some new friends :)

About a year ago I took a quiz online that sorted me into Gryffindor. I am a loud, opinionated, center of attention type of person so even though I had initially thought I was a Hufflepuff I was ready to embrace the Gryffindor qualities and do my best to represent the house well (in my opinion that was very Hufflepuff of me).

Today I created my Pottermore account after my sister @fearlessbookjunkie made hers and I took my sorting quiz only to find that I was indeed in house Hufflepuff! I was confused at first but instead of fighting it as I believe I would have had I actually been Gryffindor, I looked at how I answered the questions honestly and realized that I had been sorted into the right house afterall.

It is so refreshing to finally feel right in the house I’ve been sorted into. I am a fiercely loyal, protective and loud Hufflepuff and proud of it. I was also sorted into Pukwudgie so all my fellow #Hufflewudgies feel free to say hi :)
