Pulled BBQ Chicken
This quick and easy BBQ chicken recipe is a must try and guaranteed to be a family favorite.
Recipe adapted from: Family Fresh Meals
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
1 cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup Italian Dressing
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worchester sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, crushed red pepper flakes and coriander to taste
Directions:
1. Boil chicken in large pot for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from pot and let cool. Shred chicken with two forks.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in saucepan and stir over medium heat. Bring sauce to a simmer then add shredded chicken and give a good stir until chicken is fully coated in sauce.
3. Serve on warm buns.
