Grocery Store Shopping

Hercules: Peggy, my dearest, why are you bringing a digital scale with you to the grocery store? 

Peggy: You’ll see when we get there, just trust me it’s for the greater good. 

(At the store)  

Peggy: Okay, now follow me. (Heads to the chip aisle and starts weighing the chips) 

Hercules: You were right, this is for the greater good, while you find the heaviest bag I’ll get the rest of our groceries. (Bends down to kiss her head before leaving) 

Peggy: (Totally focused on finding the heaviest bag) Okay just don’t leave without me again.

At the Zoo

Peggy: *looking at the panda exhibit with Herc* Wow, sure seems like all pandemonium broke loose down there. *nudges him with her elbow, a huge grin on her face*

Hercules: *stays quiet and gives no reaction* 

Peggy: *clears her throat* I said, seems like all-

Hercules: I heard you Peggy, and if you finish that sentence I will leave you.

Peggy: *sweats nervously*

Where she made the pun again and spent the rest of the afternoon alone until they called Herc to the front office to get Peggy. She wanted to see if she could fit in the kangaroo pouch.

Hercules: Don’t say another word Peggy, I’m serious. 

Peggy: ...yeet

Hercules: I literally said no words!

Peggy: I see, when we’re playing scrabble it’s not a word but now that we’re in trouble it’s a word???

Whistle Buddies

Peggy: *on her bed trying to learn how to whistle* This is impossible *calls Herc for support* 

Hercules: Hey Sunshine what’s up? 

Peggy: I’m learning to whistle but can’t do it yet. Can you whistle Herc? 

Hercules: No

Peggy: Oh good! Not that you can’t but because I can’t either. 

Hercules: What’s whistling? 

Peggy: You put your lips together and blow.

Hercules: Like this *whistles on his first try* 

Peggy: *Hangs up the phone*
