🍂✨ Pumpkin Katte’s 2-Year Tumblrversary ✨🍂
Hey Cozylings! 💕 Kat here, and today is a really, really special milestone: it’s officially my 2-year Tumblrversary. 🥳 Two whole years since I hit post for the very first time, and wow… what a journey it’s been.
Let’s rewind for a sec. Back in 2023, this blog was born under the name KatnissSims. That was me, but not really me. I was sharing screenshots, creating Sims stories, and yeah, it was fun but deep down, I wasn’t showing you the true Kat. I was hiding, pretending, shaping myself into someone I thought would “fit in.” And after December? I just… vanished. Life happened, inspiration dipped, my external hard drive became a whole saga (still waiting btw 😅), and I didn’t really know where my place was anymore.
But then came August 2025. And something inside me said: enough pretending, enough waiting, let’s create something that feels like home. That’s when Pumpkin Katte was reborn. ✨ This page became my little cozy corner, my diary in aesthetic form, my recipe book, my iced coffee café, my candlelit dinner table, and my place to finally be me in full-on Kat mode. 💖
Now, when you scroll here, it’s not just curated pictures or random posts it’s my life, my recipes, my stories, my cozy chaos, my playlists, my little rituals that turn the everyday into magic. It’s iced coffee forever (yes, even in December ❄️☕), it’s chicken pot pie fresh from the oven, it’s maple cinnamon syrup swirling in a glass, it’s candles flickering while I type out these long, love-filled messages for you.
And here’s what I’ve learned in these two years: fall isn’t just a season, it’s a feeling. 🍂 People say, “Oh, it’s the same every year.” But no… every year feels new. Every year, the leaves change a little differently, the light hits your window in a new way, the air smells like a new beginning. Fall is comfort and change at the same time. It’s a hug and a reset. And maybe that’s why I connect with it so deeply because I’ve been changing too.
This blog? It’s my way of bottling that magic and sharing it with you. And what makes me happiest is that it’s not just me anymore it’s us. It’s a cozy little community of Cozylings. Every like, every reblog, every sweet comment or quiet view means you’re here, sharing this space with me, and I can’t even explain how grateful I am. 🫶
