Enjoy the tastes of fall with this pumpkin spice fudge that is creamy and spiced. It's the perfect treat for a cozy fall evening or a holiday get-together.
Ingredients: 3 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional. Orange food coloring optional.
Instructions: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Stir in the canned pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated. If desired, fold in the chopped pecans for added texture and flavor. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. If you want to add a touch of fall color, drop a few dots of orange food coloring on top and swirl it in with a toothpick for a marbled effect. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until it's set. Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut it into small squares. Serve and enjoy your delightful pumpkin spice fudge!
