Tama Mail!!! :D
With my bday coming up, finally got a few Tamas. It IS one of those hobbies where you pay for what you get, so it wasn't perfect, but spoiler, at least everything works :)
Particularly, I've been after the Autumn Leaves (or any Morino) for awhile now. This one has issues, but it runs, so I can at least try it out before upgrading to one in better condition. Also, snagged a green OG case for the Morino. Also, forgot to take more pics of Puni Tapi-Chan, but the boba tea collection game looks fun and relaxing. I got it for my wife to try, since it doesn't have any hardcore raising mechanics and she loves boba milk tea!
As you can see there's a ton of battery leak rot on the contacts. There's even some on the side contacts. I did my best to clean it up (used this video as a guide) but it didn't help a lot (advice is solid, my device has been neglected). Hopefully it runs well for a few rounds. This wasn't disclosed in the listing, but it did show the device working in the listing.
I used some Goo-Gone and cleaned this gal right up! I added a battery and she's working well. Sure, it's missing the keychain (and so is the Entama) but they work and didn't break the bank. Plus, I'm gonna make custom chains for them.
Mimitchi is my favorite Tama character! This recently released plush keychain is cute! Since her body is white though, not sure if I'll use it outside display/limited outings.
I'm also a huge Digimon fan, so getting these prize figures after ages and for only $6 a peice, was a steal! They were both NIB and I'm happy to say Yamato looks better in person than the box art shows. They're also a decent size and quality for the cost!
So excited to run them! :) I'll let you know how it goes, since they are all in Japanese might take me a bit to learn the ins and outs...
