Notes on the Pure Spark Elite Elementium lighter: It’s a cool concept, but it kinda sucs. It’s a little difficult to get the initial burn going without spilling some weed out the side and burning a little unused weed on the coil. The back of the package boasts that the lighter is as powerful as 50+ lighters and that it lights 50+ times. For starters this is a contradiction. 50 lighters would probably give you….in my little brain estimation right now….at least 50-75 lights a lighter so about…at the low end (50 lights a lighter) you’re looking at 2,500 lights for all 50. On the high end (75 lights a lighter) 3,750 lights for all 50. So, as you can already see this USB lighter already does not live up to that unattainable standard. Secondly, I have counted every time I use the lighter and it will not light past 21 lights, battery is dead after 21 period. So it obviously doesn’t live up to the second standard. I’d have no problem if it said “Green lighter, charges in 30 minutes and lasts for 20 lights”, that’s not too few and at least it’s honest, but this blatant lie just pisses me off. So yeah, Pure Spark lighter is okay but not great. Tastes nice to light with it as you don’t taste butane, personally doesn’t make me cough as much, little hard to get things lit and sometimes makes a mess of your bowl, and in no way will it light more than 21 times. Honestly dissapointed in the lack of honesty. It’s a green product trying to get people away from butane smoking, be honest and proud. Don’t even know why they made this when they have the plasmatix, I though this would actually be a good lighter comparable but better for bong and pipe use based on structure. But no.

Care about this if you will, I’m just a little peeved and thought I’d share with you all.

Got my pure spark elementium lighter in the mail today. So happy about it! I always end up coughing and I hate the taste of butane, this flame less lighter makes it so I don't need to cough and don't taste that shit. Just thought I'd share my first light up with you guys.
