Lately, while I sleep, I've felt my right leg go numb. Not all of it but on the side of my thigh. Whether I sleep on it or not it gets a bit numb. Not every night. Now, for two morning's I've woken up with my left upper arm in numbness and that I am not sure if I've slept on it. In the middle of all that I've had extreme back pain. Lower and upper back pain but the upper back pain gives me cramps. I had an injury when I was a child as you already know. Could all be related?

The symptoms such as back pain,numbness suggest L4,L5 disc prolapse,or spinal column narrowing.i suggest you to consult a orthopedician...thanks

it's kind of depressing. i'm barely twenty-one, i don't think i'm supposed to feel bad for not having settled down yet.

and then i feel crazy for even thinking about settling down.
