Unless they changed the story order as well as the episode order, Open Book took place before Full Disclosure, right? It would make sense to tease an "I love you" from Steven to Connie only a few episodes away from one focusing on how much they care for each other, and one where they almost split up as friends even.
Yes, “Open Book” was originally supposed to follow “Marble Madness” (which makes sense since it follows up on Steven reading that book series)
