so tmi but i'm constantly squeezing at my arms like there's zits on them, like i have bumpy arms but it's not uncommon or anything i just pick at the texture which is like. my whole arm so my arms are always red and sore haha

i do that too!! its like i convince myself theres a blackhead there or something and just squeeze at it or dig :((( my shoulders too
