We have a little over a mile left to hit this weeks goal of 15 miles so that will get done tomorrow. Good morning my fellow fatties. It’s the Cobra Commander AKA El Bigote AKA Baby Stallone AKA Too Da Lou AKA Oaxaca Flaka Flame AKA MR Gimmie The Loot out here in these streets getting it in. 3.33 miles today. We are at 10.64 miles for the week and a little over 4 miles for our goal for the week of 15 miles. Felling good in the hood. Bodies felling right. Miles mins are down so we are getting stronger. So get up and exercise and pound that pavement. After every run it’s another 30 mins of shadow boxing and Calisthenics.
