12 Egglands Best eggs (hard-boiled and peeled)
2 jalapeos (seeded and diced)
6 pieces bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Slice the hard-boiled Eggland's Best eggs in half.
Remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl.
Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
Stir the mayonnaise, rice vinegar, ground mustard, and sugar to the mashed egg yolks.
Add the jalapeos and bacon.
Put the mixture in a bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag.
Chill until ready to serve.
